Information We Collect

When you interact with AMP or the AMP Accelerator, we collect information that helps us deliver services and improve your experience. This may include your name, email, phone number, clinic name, and website address when you fill out forms or create an account.

If you join the Accelerator, we track details like your course progress, login activity, and preferences so we can recommend the right content and help you pick up where you left off. We also use cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors use our websites. Payment information is handled securely by our partner, Stripe. AMP never sees or stores your full payment details.

How We Use Information

We use your information to:

Sharing and Storage

• Stripe for secure payment processing.

   

• Keap CRM for storing form and membership data.

   

• Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Meta Pixel for analytics and advertising performance.

   

Your information is stored in secure systems (Keap, Stripe, and our website CMS) and kept indefinitely unless you request deletion, in line with CCPA requirements.

SMS and Text Messaging

When you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages from AMP, we collect and store your mobile number along with your messaging preferences. This information is stored securely within our CRM system (Keap) and is used solely to deliver the text messages you have opted into.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your information may be accessed by our SMS platform provider (Keap) solely to deliver messages on our behalf.

AMP maintains two separate messaging programs: one for conversational and transactional messages (such as appointment reminders and support communications) and one for marketing messages (such as promotions and event invitations). Your consent and opt-out preferences are managed independently for each program.

Phone numbers and SMS consent records are retained as long as you remain opted in or have an active relationship with AMP. If you opt out, we retain a record of your opt-out preference to ensure we honor your request. You may request deletion of your phone number and SMS records at any time by contacting us at [email protected]

Your Choices and Rights

You are always in control of your information. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, cancel your membership, or edit your profile directly within the Accelerator.

If you want your information permanently deleted, simply email us at [email protected]. We’ll confirm and process your request promptly.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). These include the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal data (note: AMP does not sell data).
